Julius has been with NRCS for the past 36 years.  Before taking the position with Ingham/Livingston, he served as Soil Conservationist for Washtenaw, Monroe and Jackson.  Then became District Conservationist for Jackson and Ingham counties.  Julius enjoys fishing and lawn & gardening.  He also belongs to a Masonic organization and is the treasurer for his church.
